Fun in the Sun

Residents and their guest can enjoy the Pool and Hot Tub anytime year-round except as noted under Pool Closed section below.  A Pool Party is held the 3rd Saturday of each month from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the winter and 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the summer. Pool Aerobics are available M-F at 10:00 and 2:00.

The Pool is always available for Swimming, Sunbathing and Relaxing.

Pool Rules

Rules and procedures posted in the pool are enforced at all times. Use of the pool and hot tub is limited to CCPOI residents and their Guests.

  • Children 12 years or younger are not allowed in the hot tub.

  • Guest under 18 years of age must have a resident or parent supervising them.

  • Anyone displaying rowdy or rude behavior may be asked to leave the pool area at any time by any CCPOI owner.

  • Glass of any kind is not permitted at any time.

  • The following activities are not permitted:

         Diving - Running- Bicycles/Skates/Skateboards - Pets.

Pool Closed

The Pool is closed at times as follows:

​

  • Pool Cleaning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00-9:00 (You may Sun Bath)

  • When there is a Pool Closed Sign and or lock on the Gate.

  • During any periods of Thunder and Lightning.

  • When written in Red on the Home Page of Cottonwood Website noting time.

The Pool cleaning usually takes place on M-W-F from 8:00-9:00 AM.  For your safety do not enter the Pool when the Pool Closed sign is on the gate.     

Pool Emergency

In the event of an emergency call 911 first and give them 1001 South Ed Carey Dr. and the pool for specific location.  There is an AED (Defibrillator) machine on the wall outside the gate.  This machine is up to date on maintenance and ready when needed.  The machine is self explanatory.
