Splash into summer fun! Bring your own beverage (BWOB) and a snack to share as we swim, float, and relax with neighbors. It’s the perfect way to cool off and connect.

🎴Poker Run
Date: Sunday, March 29th @ 3 pm
Location: Clubhouse Community Center
You can walk, ride a bike, drive your car or golf cart. Volunteers welcome! Contact Jan Ogden, Jerry Morhain or Ray Statler for any questions.

Register at the hall beginning at 12:00 PM on March 29.

Entry fee is $5.00 per person.

The best poker hand wins half of the total proceeds.

Participants will visit five designated stops to draw their cards.

Each stop will feature a song title you’ll need to identify before drawing.

After completing all stops, return to the Clubhouse for the final hand review and winner announcement.
After the Run

Happy Hour will follow the event—bring your cooler and enjoy provided snacks.

If you’d like to join Happy Hour only, please arrive at 4:00 PM.

🍩Donuts & Coffee ☕
Date: The 1st Wednesday of Each Month, April 1st, 9 AM
Location: Clubhouse Community Center
Kick off the morning with fresh coffee and fluffy donuts—a simple, sweet way to gather, chat, and connect. Whether it’s glazed or bold brews, there’s something for every taste and smile.
Volunteers needed monthly. Coffee and Donuts rely on volunteers to pick up the donuts and make coffee at the Hall. There are usually several people on hand to help. There's a donation basket helps cover the cost of the donuts. Feel free to bring fruit, muffins, or any morning favorite you'd like to share!

🎣 Fish Fry Dinner Night 🐟
Date: Fish Fry – Friday April 3rd at 5:30 PM
Location: Clubhouse Community Center
Join us for a delicious dinner of fried fish, baked potato, green beans, coleslaw, and cake.
Come enjoy good food and great company with your neighbors!
$11 donation per person
Sign‑ups close January 26th at 7:00 PM so we know how much to prepare.

Location: Clubhouse Community Center
Join your neighbors for a warm and welcoming Easter Dinner.
Ham will be provided, and residents are invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share.
Guests from outside the park are welcome with an $8 donation.
A 50/50 drawing will be held during the event.
