Our Cottonwood Garage Sales are more than just a great way to clear out clutter—they’re a vital fundraiser that helps us purchase items outside the normal budget, from event supplies to beautification projects. We typically earn $3,000 to $5,000 per year, thanks to the generosity and teamwork of our residents.
