Clubhouse: The clubhouse is the building next to the Pool.  The front doors are open M-Thur 9a-5p and Fri 9p-12p.  Homeowners may obtain a key to the clubhouse at the office which is located right inside the front door.

Activity Details:  Most activities are held in the clubhouse. (click here see activities)

Gate Access Instructions for After-Hours Visitors:

To make things easier for your guests, the office can add your phone number to the gate system. If someone arrives after the gate has closed for the night, they can find your name on the callbox and ring you directly.

When you receive a call from the callbox:

  • Press 1 to speak with your guest

  • Press 9 to remotely open the gate

We recommend saving the gate’s number 972-231-1999 in your contacts as “Main Gate” so you’ll recognize the call when a visitor reaches out.

Cottonwood Creek Country Club Website:

Our official website is cottonwoodcreekcountryclub.com, your go-to spot for community updates, resources, and event info.

If you’d like to request a change, addition, or update to the site, feel free to email cottonwoodwebsite@yahoo.com. Your message will be reviewed by a member of the Communications Committee.  We appreciate your input—it helps keep the site fresh and useful for everyone in the community!

Join the Cottonwood Community on Facebook:

Cottonwood has its own Facebook Group where neighbors can connect, share photos, and stay up to date on community events and announcements. To visit the group directly, just click the blue Facebook “f” icon at the top of this page.

To help keep the group secure and neighbor-focused, you’ll be asked a couple of quick questions to confirm you’re a homeowner or renter in the community.

It’s a great way to stay in the loop and celebrate what makes Cottonwood special. The group is managed by our friendly admins, Dave and Kerin Fahland, who help keep things running smoothly.

Gate Instructions

Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines:

Our pool and hot tub are open for residents to enjoy at their convenience—there are no set hours. Please note that no lifeguard is on duty, so safety is everyone's responsibility.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Need access? Residents can pick up the gate code at the front office.

For a full list of rules and any scheduled closures, be sure to check the Pool Page. Let’s keep it safe, relaxing, and fun for everyone!

Exercise Room Guidelines:

Our exercise room is small but available for residents to use. New homeowners can pick up a key at the front office.

When you're finished:

  • Please lock the door behind you

  • Turn off the AC

  • Unplug any equipment you used

Thanks for helping us keep the space safe, tidy, and ready for the next neighbor!

Garbage & Yard Waste Guidelines:

Regular trash pickup happens every Tuesday and Friday.

For yard waste—like tree limbs, palm cuttings, grass, and shrub clippings—residents may dump these near the maintenance building.

If you live on Fairway Lane, please place your garbage cans on the Ed Carey side of the street. The garbage truck can only travel one direction on Fairway, so this helps ensure your trash gets picked up without issue.

Thanks for helping keep Cottonwood clean and running smoothly!

City Landfill Information:

Please note that the city does not pick up items like appliances, building materials, bricks, and similar materials. These should be taken directly to the City Landfill.

Good news—landfill use is free when you show a copy of your water bill.
